Company History

Pinnacle Orthopedic & Spine Specialists is the home of Dr. Cameron Huckell, Dr. A. Marc Tetro, Dr. Graham Huckell, Dr. Bernard Beaupin, and Dr. Zair Fishkin.  This award winning facility became a reality in June 2006 when Phase 1 of the new 30,000 square foot facility at 700 Michigan was completed. 

Prior to this location Dr. Cameron Huckell, Dr. Graham Huckell and Dr. A. Marc Tetro were partners with Simmons Orthopedic & Spine located at 235 North Street in Buffalo New York.  The doctors expanded their practice holdings in 2007 by adding a 3500 square foot Physical and Hand Therapy Center in Phase 2 of the building project.  The access to the Orthopedic Surgeons by therapists has provided better team treatment of our patients.

In 2008 Pinnacle again expanded, adding a Physiatrist, Dr. Bernard Beaupin to our staff.  Dr. Beaupin's focus on soft tissue diagnosis provides even more in depth medical offerings to our patients.

In 2009 Dr. Zair Fishkin, an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, joined the practice. Dr. Fishkin is a Buffalo native recently returning from his Spine Fellowship training in New York City.

Pinnacle has over 40 full-time employees.  We are located in downtown Buffalo New York at 700 Michigan Avenue.
