Treatment of Spine Conditions

The three categories of treatment are physical medicine, medications, and surgery.  Physical medicine can consist of chiropractic, traction, physical therapy, braces, or other exercise based programs.  Surgery for back or neck pain should only be considered after non-surgical treatment has failed to alleviate your symptoms.

The most commons spine surgeries are:

  • Decompression/Fusion
  • Laminectomy
  • Microdiscectomy
